At Faith United Church of Christ, we practice congregational governance, meaning decisions are made prayerfully and collectively by the people of the church. Our pastor, consistory, and committees work together to guide the spiritual, operational, and mission-based life of our congregation—with final authority resting with the congregation as a whole.
The Consistory
The Consistory serves as the governing body of the church, made up of elected members who oversee finances, worship, mission, building needs, and pastoral support. They meet regularly to pray, discern, and plan for the well-being and future of our church.
